TCR was stated in 1978 by Philip Hughes, an ex RAF pilot concerned by the lack of opportunities and facilities for young people in the District.
One of the first things that the project did was to gather information about young people's needs. From this early work grew the project's emphasis on training and development.
People brings ideas to TCR and TCR helps them to plan and implement them. Practical and informal training is central to TCR's work. |
